Vacation Physician Access is designed around your entire trip—not just a single medical encounter. You have direct access to the same experienced Emergency Medicine physician for guidance, clinical decision support, and continuity before, during, and after your vacation. 

Reach out directly when an unexpected medical concern comes up. Dr. Balleh can help assess the situation, discuss appropriate next steps, and help determine whether home care, an in-person evaluation, urgent care, or the emergency department makes the most sense. 

When clinically appropriate and permitted based on your physical location, prescriptions may be provided. Not every concern can or should be treated remotely, and in-person evaluation may sometimes be recommended. 

Yes. Vacation Physician Access can still provide physician guidance and help you navigate unexpected medical concerns while traveling. The specific services that can be provided, including treatment or prescribing, may vary depending on your physical location.

Your Vacation Physician Access package covers the travel party included in your reservation, based on the selected party-size tier. Standard packages include vacations of up to 7 days, plus access beginning 3 days before departure and continuing 3 days after your return.
